Employment

 

2008 to present:

Staff Psychologist with Greater Cleveland Psychological Associates. Duties: Clinical consult services to nursing home residents, providing evaluations, treatment and reports.

 

1993 to 2006:

Staff Psychologist, North Coast Behavioral Healthcare System, Northfield Hospital, Northfield, OH. Duties: In-patient psychotherapy, forensic examinations and reports, competency assessment, consultation with treatment teams, Cognitive-Behavioral treatment of auditory hallucinations, assessments and treatment for dual disorders, substance abuse and mental illness.

 

1976 to present:

Private practice in individual, marital and group psychotherapy, currently at Multi-Modal Therapy Institute, Solon, OH.

 

1970 to 1975:

Program Supervisor, Counseling and Development Centre, York University, Downsview, Ontario, Canada. Duties: Personal counseling with staff, students and faculty; group process training for graduate clinical students; consultation to students and administration in organizational development.

 

1964 to 1970:

Assistant Professor, Organizational Behavior Group, School of Management, Case Institute of Technology. Duties: Teaching graduate seminars in Organizational Behavior and Organizational Consultation; staffing Management Development workshops for interpersonal and inter-group communication, and conflict resolutio.
