Stacy Simera


Stacy Simera, MSSA, LISW-S, SAP is an independently licensed social worker and certified substance abuse professional in Ohio. She provides counseling at Kent Psychological Associates in North East Ohio, facilitates psycho-educational programming at the Oak Clinic for Multiple Sclerosis, and conducts trainings across the state for the Ohio Child Welfare Training Program.  Ms. Simera also serves as Ohio NASW Region 2 Director, serves on the Alumni Board at Case Western Reserve University Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences, and serves on the Executive Board of the national non-profit Start School Later. She was named 2014 Social Worker of the Year by the Ohio chapter of the National Association of Social Workers and was subsequently honored by the Ohio Senate.
