Stacy Simera, MSSA, LISW-S, is an independently licensed social worker in Ohio with supervisory designation. She provides outpatient therapy at Kent Psychological Associates, facilitates psychoeducational programming at the Oak Clinic for Multiple Sclerosis, conducts trainings for the Ohio Child Welfare Training Program, and periodically teaches at the college level. Ms. Simera also serves as chair of the Sleep Committee for the Ohio Adolescent Health Partnership, serves as Communications Director for the national non-profit Start School Later, and volunteers for her state chapter of NASW. She was named 2014 Ohio Social Worker of the Year.
Since 1984 Heisel and Associates has provided live and home study workshops to social workers, counselors, chemical dependency counselors, psychologists, marriage & family therapists, rehabilitation counselors, employee assistance counselors, and school counselors.
