Psy.D.
Stan Heck, M.S.W., Psy.D., brings over 30 years of experience as a clinical social worker and a professional psychologist. He obtained his M.S.W. at the University of Washington in Seattle and his Psy.D. at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. He has worked in a variety of agencies and hospitals (child welfare, community mental health, VA). He has offered residential treatment to juvenile delinquents and emotionally disturbed teens. For the past three decades, he has had a private practice specializing in work with children and families. He has also served as an ethics investigator for the Kentucky Board of Examiners in Psychology.
